My heater/Blower is nackered.....

Sorry, not sure if this should be in the Mechanical or Electrical forum rather than here, please move if necessary.

My heater/blower is pretty nackered in my Rev2 Turbo. It takes quite a while to get warm, although it does get a nice temperature in the end, it only seems to clear the bottom half of the Windscreen! I think the blowers/fans arent strong enough. What do I need to replace/fix in order to get it working at 100% is it an easy job or a lot of hassle? Any one done similiar?

i had this it turned out to be a faulty thermostate and air in the coolant system the garage near me did a diognostics cheak on the heating system where they just feel around the pipes to make sure there was no blockage in the cooling system.

in your case your heater matrix maybe gettin old this shouldnt be much of a problem gettin fixed. Dont go to mrt tho!

you got it stuck on re-circ ??? you re-circ the air in the cabin and it will mist up... fresh air always !
