did you do this yourself in the end, or did you take it to a glass shop? Which adhesive did you use?

I've still yet to get mine in :)

we had them bonded at my local autoglass ;)

no idea which adhesive they used, but they checked everything out with their adhesive manufacturer in sweden first :)

We did the hard parts ourselves Mushin, Steve's local autoglass bonded the carbon to the brackets for us though.

confused

I thought the point of the T top was for the nice big sun roof, which you now cant see out.

The point of a t top is that you can take it out and enjoy the sunshine. I never drove mine without the blinds in if the roof was in.

Cool i just wanted to clarify the adhesive. I've managed to get some adhesive from Rolls Royce, which mounts the inner fan casing (carbon fibre) to some alloy, which according to my oldman (ex RR engineer). Should do the trick!

Well the bracket is made of very thin alloy, be very carefull if you heat it because it'll just melt. we ended up just smashing off the old glass and scrapping the old glue off with a knife.

as long as the adhesive is for bonding alloy to epoxy resin (clear coat on the carbon) it should be fine mate :D

True, ours had some primer stuff wiped over both surfaces first before the glue was applied.
