Custom rollcage, shouldn't need a bar going through the passengers head apparently!
Sparco Pro2000 seats and Sparco six point harnesses in black. Do have yellow seat cushions and yellow seat belt pads though, being the tart I am!
Finally...roll cage and seats on a MK1...

Cool, have you got any pictures of the rear of the cage?
Also are you going to be ditching the carpet or is that due to go back in?

Am thinking of ditching carpet, will be loud but lighter...was actually very surprised at the weight of the carpet and sound deadening on the rear wall. Anyone know any lightweight solutions?

The bitumen type sound deadening is surprisingly heavy too. Plus it would look a lot nicer once you get rid of that and get it painted inside.
You could try Dynamat (the stereo sound deadening type stuff) though i'm not sure if it'd really save you that much weightwise.
Have a look in the DT catalogue think they have something listed in there.

spray on hair, that would be light and look like carpet. Or spay on snow wait til jan it'll be well cheap.
