if it's just passenger window, check the window lock button.
Also, take out the control panel out of the door and make sure the plugs are clipped in tight.
Next step would be checking fuses for mirrors and windows - probably in drivers footwell.
Finally, check if there is continuity around the window and mirror motors, although it's unlikely that they'd all go at once.

Thanks for replying but I've tried this already and still nothing works, but hter is an intermitunt fault on the centerle locking to+ when the ignition is in first click morrors sortov work but not in full, rely could do with help if any one can thanks
hmm,
it sounds like something is causing a failure with all your door controls.
It could also be a failure with the ignition barrel perhaps? the circuit that energises these controls?
Have you got a multimetre?
You need to check that constant 12v is getting to the correct pin, and the earth pins have perfect continuity with the car's body (ie battery's earth).
I've always found the electrics good on these cars, but earth points and terminals do age, which can break the circuit or make it intermittent.
Have a look at the BGB for detailed wiring diagrams, which will give a guide to which wires you need to be testing. http://www.mr2-tech.com/bgb.htm
