Yes, we have lots of ideas, and most of them are workable as well, I did speak to East of England regarding power supply at the pitches, it can be arranged in advance, but I'm not sure of what power requirements we will be needing and what will eventually be available.So possibly a generator may be needed, but in any case we don't all want to be out in the cold
(somewhat literally last year) I will thinking along the lines of baseing the evenings entertainment in and around a marquee
(possibly), music, food, beer, karaoke etc etc, maybe PS2 challenges if the power supply is stable enough and a movie later on for all the drunken bums who are too tired
/ drunk to get back to their tents

We had a lot of people bringing the disposable barbeques last year, perhaps a large communual one this time? as I said, loads of ideas, I still don't know what the JAE people are thinking about doing this time around so we will have to make sure we don't end up duplicating things.
Stewards during the day to meet and greet, name tags with usernames as well so we know who we are talking too..
