IMOC Trackday Accomodation and *PARTY* [NOW FEEDBACK]!

Anglesey trackday weekend accommodation: Friday 10th to Monday 13th March

To make a proper weekend of the IMOC trackday, we have booked some cottages near to the Menai straights on Anglesey. All IMOC'ers, ROC'ers, MR2mk1club'ers etc, friends and family are welcome, whether you are driving or not. There is a minimum 3-day booking which means we will be booking the cottage for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

The accommodation charge per person is £50, and a refundable £5 cleaning deposit. This obviously may only be attractive if you wish to spend two nights or more. Depending on the uptake further accommodation can be booked. For those wishing to stay one night only there are local bed and breakfasts in the vicinity of the cottage.

The cottages we have booked are part of the Plas Cadnant Estate, just by the Menai Bridge.

The cottages have a range of rooms available: plenty of doubles and twins, and limited availability of singles and even a triple room (three singles in one room). These will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Please list as many room choices as you would find acceptable - this will help me allocate you the best room/bed space.
NOTE: for those of you booking a bed space in a shared room, please include any criteria for those you will share with in the pm. For instance if you are female, requiring one bed, you might want to state that you will only accept a shared room if it's a single sex room.
If you are able to team up with friends, please use the 'additional guests' section to specify who you would like to share the room with.
NOTE 2: All places are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to someone else at any point without extra charge. Please inform me if you wish to do this. Please also note that there may be restrictions on who you may sell your place to (for instance, if you are sharing a room (twin or triple) you must seek authorisation from those you are sharing with, and get them to approve the person buying the space)


Once your pm is received I will allocate the rooms, and pm you with payment details.
You will have to provide a cheque for £55 (£50 payment, and £5 cleaning deposit) per person within 5 working days of making your provisional booking, otherwise the space will become available again.

You will also have the option of booking in to the IMOC party on Saturday night, taking place in the Coach house. Food and drink will be laid on at £10 per person.
If you are booking accomodation also, please include this in your booking and include £10 per person in your cheque.

Those of you not staying at the cottage may also book for the party at the same rate. Please pm me for more details.

Now, I only have doubles left, but if anyone wants to share a double room, and have one in the bed, and one on the floor, then let me know (although you'll have to provide your own sleeping bags, and decide how to split the money - i.e. the person on the floor might want to get a rebate from the person that gets the bed ).

If that's not good enough, then there is another cottage nearby that I have my eye on for overfill, so even if there isn't a room above to suit you, please pm me, and i'll see if we can fill this other cottage up too.

I have now opened a floor space / reserves list.
Costs are exactly the same as a proper room with a bed, and proceeds will go towards the 'partay'.
People who have paid up for a floor space will have to provide their own bedding. They will have first refusal on rooms if anyone else drops out.

You are more than welcome to join us for a chinwag on friday and saturday night.
