If we have any problems with chavs then i shall have a polite word with the police and have them moved on.

Anyone else up for this then, could be the start of a new regular meet for us lot on the south coast.

was good to see some familiar faces and some new ones.
glad there was not too much chaviness going on and we were left alone.
lets hope we can make this a regular thing.

mark, checked out the brewers pub thing. its not brilliantly lit, but was reasonably empty when i went past just gone 10. may pop in on the way down next time to see how busy it is earlier in the evening, can make a decision then. nothing to stop a drive there in any event.

p.s. rory, if you can bring the van next time i am sure you'll win IMOC member of the year for 2006!

Yeah, not bad for the first official meet. I'll defo do this as a regular if people want it, just once a month i think is sensible though.

yeah a burger van would have sorted it out, i'd have just stood next ot the grill keeping warm \:D/

p.s. figured out what was wrong with the satnav (it wasnt using the postcode, only the streetname tomtom5 doesnt install properly by itself *cough* dodgy copy) - only took 1hr to get home  :clown: :afro:  :salut: :sunny: :jocolor:

just gotta remember to add another folder so it actually uses a 7 digit postcode rather than just the first 5 + road name before i use it again - been blaming it on the yoda voice all this time

Any chance of Rory coming with said van to the next Essex Rolling Road Day ?

Captive audience or what !

Burger van is in use 7 days a week I'm afraid  ( don't own it, just run the business ). The only one that isn't is down in Folkestone. Might try the griddle in the boot mod as was suggested.

I'll have to bring some bolt cutters next time then as they have a van at the Rolling road place but it's closed on Sundays ](*,)
