the meets are great mate, get a nice selection of jap metal turning up. Its not like a meet where there are booming sounds blaring or any chavs. Its full of enthusiasts who go. a few tubbys go too. We will be going about 7.30-8pm. if u wanna come down, give us a shout ok mate :D

have u got any idea where i can get the plastic clips that hold down the carpet in the boot. ive put a post up but no replies as yet :(

I think that a couple are missing and one or two may of been broken!!

I suppose you could get some form of velcro and attach it that way? You can buy sticky sided stuff from www.frost.co.uk

It rained last night, so no ice, but just a wet car!

Ive had enough of black cars, they are dirty as soon as you clean them....im so glad mines red!

not sure if velcro would work as behind the carpet you have got a cardboard piece with the same holes in it that the carpet and cardboard pin to the boot, so id have to use velcro both of them together. if i get no luck with it, then i'll probably try the velcro :D

Its just peoples luck that as soon as you wash the car, it starts to rain  . am beginning to think that buying black was a bad idea!! I'll have to take it for a drive on my day off as it hasnt been drove for over a week!!

yeah cheers for that mate, i will do. probably treat myself for xmas n get a decent head unit instead of the crappy OE stuff :). am sick of listening to radio 2

Hopefully there will be a better turn out once xmas is out the way. u going to any shows in 2006?? ive been trying to go to japfest, but ive always been working n missed it.

so have u decided where and what exhaust you are gonna get? might take a visit to blue flame in skem n see how much they can do. is it worth getting a de-cat pipe also??

Hiya mate!

Good on ya, im still trying what to treat myself with for xmas!
Im not sure about shows this year, all depends when im working etc, but there are a few which look really good!

I was looking at blueflame, they look decent and quite cheap too...and cheap fitting! Im not sure about decat, its meant to be better for performance but also increases noise. I had a mongoose on my old NA with decat and its was stupidly loud, even louder than my mates tubby with an aftermarket exhaust...go figure! #-o

I was thinking about blue flame, i wonder if they can do a single exit one :o

the shows i normally do are trax n max power (for the women and beer)
normally am at max power for 3 days as am in another club and we have a club stand outside :). Wouldnt mind doing japfest and also Ten Of The Best.

What i'll do is give blueflame a bell n see how much their zorsts are, might get a bit of a discount if we both go? Will let u know though n see what they say if u want mate??. They can be loud of u get the full system. Ive got a full zorst on the corsa with no cat n thats loud, but not too bad at 80mph on the motorway, its just when u put your foot down, u need ear plugs
