It is the surround sound processor for the DSP button on your stereo...
Bit of a PITA.... because you have that thing - there are no wiring adapters for fitting an aftermarket stereo!

But you are probably not using the OEM amps.
.. and the connector that plugged into the Stock headunit must have been hacked to access the Power, VIGN, Antenna etc wiresPaul
