mytyres (www.mytyres.co.uk) are generally pretty good price-wise.

I'll second that.
Of course you have to factor in getting them fitted somewhere which will cost £5 to £10 a wheel.
Their website used to have a page listing fitters in your area that are happy to oblige, maybe it's still there.

i'd be curious as to your choice in tyres, I'm stuck between the proxy -r of the dunlop sp9000. I hated the proxy s so i'm not exactly brimming with hope for the r's

Have had to remove the posts from teh trader as trading is not allowed by non-affiliates and certainly not in the general section.

I appreciate that he may be helping members out but we cannot bend the rules for this. If he chooses to become an affiliate then everyone can benefit from his tyre deals.

etyres do seem quite good.
Although when I ordered from them online, they accepted the order online, then rang me up to tell me they couldn't get the tyres #-o
The geezer then tried to recommend the Yokohamas that are on the MR2 as standard cos "Toyota spent a lot of time & money getting the tyres right for this car" - he wasn't too chuffed when I said "well they obviously didn't test them in the rain then!"
Later found out that they'd took the money from my credit card, then credited it back the same day  Not a problem, and wasn't a hassle, but why take the money for something they couldn't get me ](*,)
