Cat 1 alarms with turbo timer

Are there plenty of top quality alarms ie Clifford & Toad that are Cat 1 & are fully compatable with turbo timers.

I heard storeys about once the car shuts off (timer controlled) some alarms either dont arm or arm but the doors don't lock etc etc.

I wish to get an alarm that I can trust for me to just walk away from car and it will be fine?

Thats not true! A cat 1 is a cat 1, unless you have the turbo timer running whilst your alarm is armed.
On mine, my car wont arm unless the turbo timer has stopped its countdown, hence i just stay near the car until it stops, or alternatively, if ive not been boosting, ill just turn the thing off....they are more show than go anyways!

You may be thinking about the remote start rather than the turbo timer - I believe fitting a remote start downgrades a cat 1 to a cat 2.

there is not a easy way off doing it ,, i wont do into all the details

im a alarm installer and have been for ages,, the easyest and best way off doing it is the last five miles drive off boost then u dont need a turbo timer anyhow
