got std unit - want to upgrade

have a 1995 na std cassete/radio unit,want to upgrade it but dont want to change or lose any of the speakers etc in car,just the head unit,,,if i just have to get std unit with cs its an upgrade,but would like one for mp3,and if pos usb,must be black..
