I think the road sticks to the tyres rather than tyres to the road,
Put these in at the weekend

Re: Project - Cosmos Eagle (New owner)
well i normally don't do it, but sorning the cosmos off
been a crap year not got to any events, my younger sister died, got ripped off,, but...but... rescued the 2. (i had to my sister loved the colour, so as much for her, as me, and as im recovering from having my other knee replaced, ect.
I think this year is sacked off!! ha ha
So once I am proper mobile, the cosmos is propped up, wheels refurbed, fresh suspension, got some yellow billies may use them or go coil overs, for the mileage & use i do yellow billies should be fine.
Get components on clean & and re paint etc, hopefully 3 or 4 months of that and she will be out & about again, looking better than she has for a while

Re: Project - Cosmos Eagle (New owner)
Hope your ok mate!
My Rev 1 rear subframe was actually surprisingly easy to remove the bolts holding it to the chassis.
In fact all the bolts doing the real work (chassis, engine mounts etc.) were fine once they cracked. It was other smaller nonsense stuff (like bolts to the bumpers) that really were a pain in the ar$e.

Oooooh. Where'd you get the gaiters from? I just bought a universal gearknob one but totally forgot there's one on the handbrake.

im fed up of having it painted and catching so took all the paint off and wrapped it, this is my first time wrapping its not that good but will suffice for now, will do later

Looks a little better when your there the light wasn't in best place & fronts in the air

IIRC mr2 only has 2 ABS sensors in the rear only as I need to fit my ABS hubs and only see them in two?

Re: Project - Cosmos Eagle (New owner)
It has a abs sensor on each wheel or a ABS system couldn't work
Just taken the front left off, came off on bits, plastic shroud, magnet bits lots and lots of copper wire, but came out, so it's a win.
The lexus sensor arrived, got the multi meter on it, all fine.
will pop the sensor in, in the morning

Would be great if you did, that's a nice find.
I remember years ago breaking an ABS sensor when removing it. They were mega-bucks but managed to speak to what I can only assume was the Saturday lad working for GTS Chris who kindly sent me several for £20
