Turbo conversion companies

Hi all,

I am looking for a turbo conversion for my rev 2 NA UK model, I have been quoted a very good price by Banned trader, does anyone have any experience with them?

Any recommendations for any other companies?

The most sensible thing to do is pick one that is reasonably close to you, so you can easily bring it back to fix any post conversion issues.

Bear in mind traders may have been banned for reasons other than the quality of their work. (And it might have been a long time ago!)

Where are you based? Rogue near Coventry are a good option for almost anything SW20 related.

I would also strongly recommend against a so called "specialist" who are based just outside a village on the railway between Basingstoke and Reading. I had a string of issues with them, including a complete failure at plumbing in a simple Gizmo boost controller so badly that the car would hit fuel cut at 4000rpm.

mr2 d*velopments bad. TB d*velopments very very good. Unfortunately they are banned off the forum for reasons nobody really knows as it happened so long ago however, their work is extremtly good and if you can afford it have them do the work. mr2 d*velopments however, avoid like the plauge.
