As it is my first Jap Fest I don't know how it works. I reckon it is by sessions.
There are 2 options, 3 sessions or unlimited. I'm planning to take unlimited.
Also it would be my first track experience with my own car, so is it a good place to practice? I do know Silverstone track though and like it much
Looking forward to this event and meeting lot of people
I would honestly say don't do the track time. It will be full of silly billies that do not have a clue. Do a track day if you want to go on track, it's a much better option. I've done track driving for 18 years now. There is not a chance I would consider going on track at an event like this.
Although many of us cut our teeth on track sessions at shows to a point, looking back I wouldn't do it again. Years ago when it was at Combe I did it, but only because we had a club session, but now they've done away with that it is not recommended. The trouble is you'll end up with a lot of people with no experience who don't normally go on track and so don't know what they are doing and tend to over or under drive and are concentrating so much or showing off in front of their mates that it becomes a liability. The feedback I've had from the few club members that went on track last year was that it wasn't worth doing and was full of muppets.
Don't let me put you off though.
