Fitting turbo lid

Post by benjo »

Is hinges/brackets same on turbo and n/a engine lid?
So can I just unbolt n/a cover from hinges and leave them on car
And just bolt turbo lid on once it's been painted?

The hinges are the same but if your turbo lid has the hinges on it's easier to unbolt the hole him from just below the lip it mounts to as it's easier to slot the studs into that lip when fitting
