Looks like your drivers side switch is faulty.
To confirm this unplug the driver side switch.
Use 2 pieces of wire to make up 2 links and use one to link between pins 4 (white/black) and 6 (red/blue)
and the other to link between pins 1 (green) and 3 (blue)
The window should go down.
Then remove both links and replace one between pin 1 (green) and pin 4 (white/black)
and the other between pins 3 (blue) and pin 6 (red/blue) window should go up.
All the links are to be fitted to the PLUG. Do not operate the passengers side switch while any of the links are in place.
If the windows goes down/up using the above method, then the drivers side switch is faulty.

The window went down/up with the links ? If so it's good we were able to pin the problem down
Change of switch - job done phew!!
