Japspeed style backbox fitment

Really sorry if this has been asked a million times! I'm a little way into my project now and have decided the aesthetic direction I want to go in.

Sod's law when I actually had some money I couldn't for the life of me find an n/a japspeed twin exit so I ended up buying a turbo one.

I need to know a few things. I know the noise issue but this won't be a problem as the car is only for show use as opposed to regular usage.

Is it possible to make this fit without too much trouble, will it fit at all?? will it require much welding?

Been told elsewhere it categorically cannot be made to fit but I've spent a lot of money on it stupidly and I love it so I don't want to sell it on.

What's the best action to take?

Hi, I know you don't want to sell it on... But there's a NA japspeed for sale in the for sale section. Maybe you can sell the turbo one to recoup the costs?

Having looked at a listing on eBay it shows the back boxes and a separate pipe with a flexible join. If yours is the same surely you could remove your down pipe and fab up a pipe to join the new flexi pipe. You would have to include a bung for the lambda sensor but it looks doable with a small length of pipe and 2 flanges
