Sky Insurance

Post by Pauln »

I've been trying to email Sky insurance on [email protected] to chase up an overdue refund on a cancelled policy but my emails keep getting bounced with the message unknown address unknown user. I've tried sending from two totally different email addresses, so I'm pretty sure this issue is at their end.

I just wondered if anyone else was having problems contacting them by email?

I guess it's back to snail mail for me, as I want to keep a trail of correspondence so am not keen to phone.

Well it looks as though I've finally managed to send them an email without it bouncing - so far.

Having waited over nine weeks for them to make the refund that was agreed at the beginning of August, I wasn't convinced I could stop myself going into Victor Meldrew mode on the telephone. Which wouldn't have been helpful :D

Well I finally received the refund today on a policy I cancelled by letter on the 25th July enclosing the old certificate. Even if the letter took three days to get to them, that over eleven weeks to cough up!
