Steering Wheel Difference

What's the difference between a Rev4 & Rev5 steering wheel?

I've got a Rev5 & fancy the original steering wheel, although Rev4's are easier to source.

Red stitching on uk Rev 5 wheel but same as uk Rev 4 wheel I believe. JDM Rev 5 wheel is totally different though.
