Its likely something spare thats an extra on some cars my rev5 n/a has a few unused plugs all the looms must of came ready made with them just incase
Course it may be something thats just been forgotten to be plugged back in also

It could be for the idle up valve for models fitted with aircon as that use that sort of connector.
