[Mk2] [Generic] Aero Catches and a Front Bumper
Has anyone ever fitted a front bumper using only aero catches? I have a few plans for the 2 which would make it very low at the front, and having ripped the bumper off mine loading it onto a trailer, I'd quite like to make the bumper easy to remove, whilst not fearing it will fall off at 100mph (on a track).

Still in the garage...
..the only thing I can promise for sure is slow progress.

just have this niggling thought that if I rip out the wiring, then the car will never get out of the garage again.

No- but I have seen decent attempts at making the bumper and front wings as a single unit with a view to "quick release"

You'd be better using dzus fasteners get the ones with rings on and they take seconds to remove

Cheers, I'll take a look at those as an option too.
