Removing passenger side stock amplifier - tips?

Hi guys

I had a look a few weeks ago at removing my stock amplifier (not connected and currently rattling like hell) but couldn't see an easy way to get at it.

It appears to be suspended from something but I can't see what.

Any tips for removing it?

its just bolted to side of car....may have to ove seatbelt reel to get it out

are you talking stereo here? the 2's have seperate amps in them for both sides?
