Water leak drivers footwell by the pedals

Hi I have a water leak into the foot well on the drivers side near the pedals, its not the T bar as I have used a hose around the windscreen and that seems the problem. Is there a drainage hole for the screen if so where is it. Thanks

Is it coolant ? Check the heater. Matrix and that you coolqnt system is topped up
