Heater control panel lights

Hi guys,

Just wondering how people get their heater control panel lights to be blue? Obviously you'll have to change the bulbs but mine doesn't even light up! I flick my lights on and can't see xxxx so do I just not have it connected or were some made without it lighting up at all? Because I would really like it to light up yellow like the rest of my interior

Just thought I'd clarify what I meant, the little green part or the tiny light lights up if it's pushed in, but I saw someone's on here earlier where the whole thing lit up blue and that's what I'm looking at doing but yellow hopefully
