Whatever wheel setup you go for dont settle for any other tyre then goodyear f1 asymetric 2...

Got them on my 325ci and love them but am trying Federal 595 rs-r semi slicks this time on the mr2

Tell marf to make sure he got the xl goodyears f1 asym2 as there is a big difference as the tyre wall is thicker on the xl and doesnt flex like the standard ones maybe thats why he got mix opinons

the old F1's had a treadwear of 220 and stuck like xxxx whereas the later ones,. the D3's were something like 300 and gripped a lot less and felt a bit vague.
