transparant or solid colour hose for charge cooler what do you guys think is better... im kinda think clear so you can see if the system has trapped air in the system and looks cool.

Clear actually looks pants, but is useful for seeing air locks. Add a cupful of antifreeze and see the airlocks even easier.

I used black for engine bay and clear everywhere else on Craig's car.

I bought the clear stuff what everyone seems to use on here and thought it was poo. Kinked real easy too. I bought some proper heater hose stuff instead. Looks miles better and much thicker walls and hard to kink.

At the moment im using samco hoses i guess i will leave then... maybe use a bit just so i can see if air is traped

Unless your using some special clear hose, I would avoid the normal kind as it will kink, especially with some heat through it!

Thats quite cool. Would be interested to see how it holds up to head variation in the engine bay.

just have this niggling thought that if I rip out the wiring, then the car will never get out of the garage again.
