Anyone fitted Cusco rear top mounts?

Anyone fitted Cusco rear top mounts?

I got some second hand Cusco pillowball rear top mounts from a chap on here, and looked at fitting them today. However I can't see how they securely locate on top of the strut.

Does anyone have any experience with these?
