Anyway I've taken the front arches off and around where the suspension mounts to the body, not the actual top mount but the area around it. Has anyone repaired this? looking for advice

I'm losing the orange and going back to black and doing a lot of the prep work to reduce the tears when I get the bill. Anyway I've taken the front arches off and around where the suspension mounts to the body, not the actual top mount but the area around it.

99% just surface rust. Wire brush it off and epoxy paint it. That's what I have done.....
