I'm afraid I will have to take my name off the attendee's list, as the new owner will be picking the car up on saturday

Don't suppose there is anyone near me who has room for a passenger
?

So close yet so far away.
.
.

Fecking insurance company have now told me they won't insure a car worth less than
£15K, despite it being
£10K 2 weeks ago.

Got to find a new company now.

Oh Toni

This is a real shame, but there are 3 days left for a miracle.

Good luck with insurance

Re: MR2 DRAG-STRIP DAY (Santa Pod) - 25th Sept
I can get it insured no problem, the trouble is I want an agreed value scheme.
That's what is giving me a headache!

Ahh.

a cheeky plan would be to get it insured anyway with whatever company, and you always get 14 days or something to cancel policy.

ps: have you tried Adrian Flux

I assume we can just randomly show up to spectate?

I'm meant to be swapping gearboxes in my Mk1 this Sunday but if weather is against me I'll postpone, my tubby could do with a good 100 mile
(each way) run for its final stages of running in.
(Spectating only obviously!)

Can't be, I don't see a page full of mods relating to extra lights and things that flash
