They are frustratingly expensive for what they are, a machine shop could knock one out in a few minutes :( take your stock bov to a fabricator and show them what you need (the rear of the valve but with a metal pipe on the front half) , it can be done with some steel plate and pipe, can't see them wanting more than £20.

Yeahhh Id have to drive there and take it off when I'm there lol :') I would have to find some people who do that in the local area but that'll be hard aswell :')

Another option would be to weld the GReddy BOV adapter onto the pipe like this one.
