I was thinking some sort of extruded softish plastic like the bumpers are made of.

I thought you'd all say that, I'd love to be able to do them cheaper but this grade of carbon is very expensive to work with thats why we dont normally use it.

It is the right price but from the point of view of most its very expensive for a small part.

I have a few other ideas up my sleeve so watch this space
