Ah- that's cos you assume I am waiting...but I'm not, I'm constantly thinking about trying different things, and putting them into action- that's the main source of amusement I get from the car.

Don't get me wrong- I love driving it, but for me it's more about putting the technical details into practice and playing :lol:

I love a good sheepy thread .. put alot of time , thought and research into you problem and i got .. well ... not much that would be helpful .. map sensor fault.. ecu fault .. injector fault .. timing problems and fpr at crazy bar pressure at idle .. im so at a loss with this ](*,) ... just want to see project gtx get off the ground .. wish i could help bud .. best of luck :thumleft:



As a ps. if anyone got an idea , dont matter how out side the box .. post please :thumleft: .. Want to see this sorted .. ASAP

I'm past caring about the issue now man, Just going to crack right on with the engine build, as you probably know Mr2s aren't meant for winter anyway :)

Been looking at turbos etc although my kitty for the build keeps taking hits with xmas stuff :(

I'm not trying to sus it anymore, Away to whip out the engine at the first opportunity, Bottom end will be getting done as soon as time permits too. just need to sort out a couple of bits for fuelling, turbo and ECU. then i can pop in the new engine.

ok no more cat pics .. back on topic :oops: .. if its not your map sensor or injectors .. pretty tricky problem to diagnose :(
