That looks a beast..! Be interested to know spec / power.
Pipes wont be hard work to adjust in order to not hit the underneath of the lid.
Alternatively get an ASK SPORT STYLE engine lid fitted from Carben Creations it will IMO suit the car and give you plenty of space under the engine lid.
Cheers
Im running 1.4bars 445bhp 380lbs on a very hot day no fans and it wasnt finished but spoolup was good 2700rpm peak torque @ 3700 but drops off around 6700rpm
Turbo is hks gt3037rs
Im gonna dyno it again soon
can you not sjust turn the chargecooler round a bit so it's on its side?? the water should be under a bit of pressure anyway so should be ok failing that, get 90 degree adapters and pop the on, it would stop the hoses protruding.

Xxxx said its not good to do that as air bubbles can get traped

there would need to be air in the system to have air bubbles, there shouldn't any air at all

Your charge cooler should never be the highest point as that is where air will collect. Where is the pump and what way does it pump?
Your highest point should some sort of swirl pot with your fill point and pressure cap.
