maybe worth buying just take advantage of the 4 week warranty, wouldn't be hard to wreck the engine and or gearbox it is a non tubby box and a high mileage engine after all.

been onto trading standards now too who have said I have to write to them first requesting my money be returned just so it is logged as a complaint. mr2c8cya, can i include your name as a previous owner in my letter for proof that the vehicle is being sold fraudulently?

Got my finger out today lads and put together an email with all the corrseponding info off the forum, a copy of my complaint letter to the garage and a copy of the email I recieved yesterday from Action Fraud UK telling me they are investigating. I also sent a link to current ebay ad. All this was sent to retaildisputes@rbs which is where I should have contacted in the first place supposedly. I will keep you all informed. Hopefully I get the depsoit back and its 2 fingers up to the rogues at the garage. Yeah Sheppy, but going by their underhand tactics, anything that broke I bet would be quickly written out of the warranty mate.
