Converter wiring question

I have just received the converter below for a mk2 (thanks Simon - Garrett ).

Can anybody give me any advice on fitting and wiring?

I have searched online and not found any instructions for this device.

I have brown, yellow, red, blue and black wires.

Is this not a common converter, or is it generally a case that most imports have them installed?

I did a search and other than seeing a for sale advert for one, all the others I found were 4 wire converters.

Thanks Peter, I've tried and unfortunately they no longer appear to exist (or they are extinct from search engines ).

I'll keep searching.
