I just had a brainwave (or daft idea): magnolia (or cream as the very rich call it).

Satisfyingly neutral, and, when you come to sell, estate agents will gazump each other to get your car.

Why not mat black or gloss black or gunmetal

From the pictures, White looks the best to me
