Rang on Monday to see if they had various joiners and reducers in stock, and for advice about which right angled reducer might be best as they didn't list the size I ideally wanted.
Really friendly and helpful guy went to check the warehouse as he didn't trust his PC
(man after my own heart).Phoned me back to say everything was in stock, and that they had a tool to make the exact size 90 deg reducer I was looking for, so that would be much better than trying to make something else fit.
And to top it all, everything arrived as promised this morning.
Now that's what I call service.
