Been away for a few years because of many things but moved to a mk3
from my 2nd mk1 for a variety of reasons



It's a 2004 black leather with 55k and great fun. have DIY refurbished the wheels. fitted new door speakers and custom made sub.


To show my love for mk1's got rid of the original naff toyota badge

I absolutely adore that mk1! if only i could justify it to the missus....

Mk1 is a cool car but today is really is only a weekend classic the last ones being nearly 30 years old

Having had 2 mk1's i can say the mk3 is a much better car for day to day use.
It also has a LSD and is a full convertible, i may regret selling my mk1 in 20 years but at the moment i am having more fun driving my mk3 in all weathers with the roof down

Personally I now like the Mk3 more. Lots more handling ability and steering feel!
