I have no idea. My mate has the older version and there are a load of changes from the rev3 mr2 engines like coil packs and inlet mani and smaller turbo. Higher compression tho. 260 horses.

Only info is from the Aussies who've been importing these for ages. They say they are better on the juice than earlier 3sgte variants. Auto box only.

this interests me quite a bit to be honest, the auto box is a bonus, I have an auto avensis as a daily at the min and genuinely wouldn't have another manual car for day-to-day duties anymore

Same celica gt4 drivetrain and auto/tip box as earlier model. Twin climate and reversing camera etc. All the toys. Bottom of the car looks brand new. Shame to drive it on these salty shitty roads!
