GT4 vs MR2 cylinder heads

Dumb question, but it the ST205 cylinder head out of the GT4 exactly the same as a rev3 turbo out of an MR2?

Same Toyota part number for Rev 3 MR2 and ST205 Cylinder heads:

11101 HEAD SUB-ASSY, CYLINDER
11101-88481 (11/1993 - 03/1997)
