2 new project cars

hi , its that time of year again to start new car's for next year's show and meets . ive shown these two cars this year and alot of work and time went in to them .



a mica blue with custom leather stunning car when it was finished , both cars now sold and only to mk1 club members .









this is one of my new projects and i got it 2 weeks ago and took it to jae , its only done 52000 miles and so far ive redone the rear arches and put new sills in due to holes around the body kit fixing points a fabulous car and only paid 450 pounds for it with the wheels and mint mk2 leather seats fitted . the floor pan and chassis are mint .









and now to a very special car Ive been after for 4 year and after a long wait i now have it a mk1a in electric blue with 70000 on the clock and its never been welded ,the floor pan and sills are in time warp condition out standing car and i picked it up from London today for 600 pounds as it was listed wrong on ebay . this will be a show piece for next year and a car i wont be selling .












this car was registered on the first of April 1985

Love the electric Mk1a, i restored one of those around 10 years ago... stuck some Alleycats on it, looked stunning. I should add the customer chose not to keep the black bumpers etc.

hi the 1A is going to be kept 100% original its a beautiful car in stunning condition am very lucky to have the car and at the price it was a give away . its going on the peaks run Sunday i will take more pics of it there .

hi mate , they do i found 2 in 2 weeks , there has been 4 mk1A's turn up on ebay this week . i have done 900 miles round trips to get both of these cars and both been worth the trip .

Last time I saw a Mk1 in that blue and in that good condition was JAE 2006 I think. I wonder if it's the same one.

Different registration this is the one at JAE 2006,



1985, 24,000 miles, it was totally original, full Toyota service history from the same dealership it was bought from, 2 owners and garaged all it's life. That one was mint

aerial now sorted but a pig of a job to change .
been out for a 60 mile run today and most likely the last one this year before the salt starts hitting the road again .
