And it magically disappears
I save these threads when they crop up. I know they'll get deleted. Quite sad really.

Re: And it magically disappears
I moved it.
If the poster had anything new to add he could have done it through trader feedback.
As Sheppy pointed out in his post, the OP was sounding off as a parting shot. The court dealt with it, he got his money so the case was closed.
He was just mouthing off to start the usual rants about traders.
I'm all for sensible discussion, but that simply was never going to be.
This topic was done to the death first time around. Dragging it back up for no reason was never going to wash.

Re: And it magically disappears
Fair enough. Just seems to be a recurring theme.

Re: And it magically disappears
Hopefully it isn't a recurring theme. BUT IMOC needs to be aware of both its responsibilities to its affiliates and its members.
This case was taken to court and the member won his case. That's fine by us and, the mods did discuss it in depth. If an affiliate consistently lets our members down, we wouldn't want to be associated with them.
At the time, even during the court case, the member had to be told to stop posting on the subject, which he ignored and continued to do so. He obviously has a gripe with the trader but he won his case fair and square.
We will not show any favouritism towards either trader or member, but when a member consistently ignores the rules and bad mouths people and ignores polite requests from our mods to stick to the rules they agreed to, what can you do? Some people don't help themselves. Sadly the op in the removed topic is one of them.
Edited to add: We have the trader feedback section, but that was also abused by the user at the time. There is no need to blatantly bad mouth people. You can get a point across with the insults and the chances are, more people will listen and empathise.

Dog with a bone.
Trader feedback is the place for the place for, well, TRADER FEEDBACK.
The OP of the thread which has just been removed knows the score, we asked him repeatedly to use the Trader feedback section and update his original thread, he hasn't, so the new one was binned.
This isn't a censorship issue, it's an ignoring advice issue.

If you can't see the angle, you're in trouble.
