Genuine TOM's high level spoiler for sale.
This spoiler looks a bit like the rev3 spoiler, but it is smoother and of course a lot rarer. The spoiler should fit rev1 and 2 cars perfectly. It attaches with one grub screw and then sikaflex etc onto the boot lid, there's also a space for a clamp between the spoiler and the outer edge of the bootlid but I wasn't planning to use that. The spoiler is currently sanded etc by a body shop, ready for primer, so will save you a bit of labour at the body shop.
Want £150 £100 or offers, rare to find & i'm only not fitting it because I need money for clutch changes etc etc... Could be made to fit a rev3+ car but would need slightly more work.

Are those metal plates on the bottom of the spoiler where it attaches to the boot lid ?
Mine is starting to part company with the bootlid, i don't have the front attached with bolts, just the side clamps and windscreen bond. Guess if it had been attached at the front with bolts it would be coming undone from the bootlid.....i can thank the bodyshop for that
Yeah those clamps. They look like they would tear out the base of the spoiler so I wasn't going to use them, but if you have then fair play to you!
I would've bolted the front holes and bonded the spoiler feet.
So i take it those are metal plates on the spoiler feet ? Reason i'm asking is mechanic that's looking at it has spotted signs of rust, so i was wondering where it was coming from. I suppose there has to be metal somewhere otherwise the bolts would have nothing to attach to.
Oh, I see now.
I can't see into it to see metal feet on it... But perhaps you're right. Like you say it would have to have the metal there for strength.
Also Road Rebel I still haven't had any e-mail or anything from you.
There is no metal in these, its all fibreglass.
Mine is attached with strong double sided sticky and a self tapping screw at the front.
I do plan on making my own clamps though just for that extra 'piece of mind'.
I wonder about the above rust situation then!
It's so hard to find factual info on these spoilers on line so I'm glad we're discussing it. Post pictures of yours fitted guys!
Awesome. It looks good with the GReddy skirts too
BUMP
I've heard interest but no deal made yet gents. Remember you'll have saved £20's labour in the bodyshop because it's sanded too and has NO damage that will need filling or anything similar. It also has it's little waterproof boots! Just your primer and colour coat.
