Removing TOMS sideskirts

Post by Goto10 »

I'm getting some paintwork done and need to remove the TOMS side skirts so they can be repaired (a stupidly high speed bump doesn't mix well with a low car) - before I start, is it as simple as it looks to remove them or are there a special tools/hidden bolts that I ought to be aware of..?

depends how they were put on, always two bolts at top of vents - go through interior for these.

in terms of sills/door shuts may have been stuck on with adhesive, bolted or riveted.

hard to tell without looking

Thanks, I'll pop the interior panels off and see if I can get them off.
