I recently bought some from here:

Expensive but it's the proper stuff.

Just go to Toyota and ask for power steering fluid and I was charged £19.99 and that was with the VAT

And you've very likely bought the wrong stuff, the mr2 mk2 needs special EHPS fluid which has been linked to above, considering how expensive a replacement PS pump is I'd only be using the correct fluid.

Is one litre enough for a full flush and change? Need to do this to mine come next service.

I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure I've seen previous posts saying that 1 litre is enough.
