For a 150w 6.5" sub its surprising how much bass you get. I put it behind the passenger seat and will deff be getting another one for behind the drivers seat. If your mk1 is lacking bass get one of these!!Finally got a Alpine SWD-1600 sub for my mk1b!!

Are these active subs easy to fit? ie do they just plug into the preout of your headunit? Any extra power supply to car battery required?
