And make sure its 99ron either tesco momentum or shell V power.

Fwiw I ran my rev2 turbo on 14psi with decat pipe, custom 2.5 inch exhaust, airfilter and tvis and vsv disconnected and STOCK intercooler for a number of months. Still worth upgrading the standard one though.

we can only get ron97 max here in northern ireland unfortunately

That'll do fine. Don't worry about the odd 1 or 2 octane rating. No one will ever know. Just make sure you use siper-unleaded.
