Front Top Mounts

Should all standard front upper mounts be off centre in the spring cups as shown in the pic below? I'm in the process of fitting new dampers and springs and noticed that the upper mounts fitted are centred in the middle :?

I'm concerned whether the mounts I currently fitted are correct.

Looks like I need 2 new front upper mount assemblies. Has anyone used the KYB upper mounts that TCB advertise? if so is the quality as good as the genuine Toyota parts?

Also if anyone has a new/as new pair of front upper mounts that they want to sell please let me know.
