Lovely cars, both of them. Your car certainly got all the attention at JAE!
Yeah, I love those wheels too. 18" Blitz Technospeeds I believe

It's astonishing how two cars can look so different even tho they are technicaly the same bar a set of wide arches.
It does remind me of the "before" and "after" pictures for the 4 weeks corse of steroid you get on gentleman websites.
I did think at one point we was going to have to fight some gypsies to keep our cars tho. Luckily they just wanted to admire our "sick looking beasts"
Was a good afternoon next time we will have to get out of the car park and put some boost through them tho.

I do wish people would learn the difference between "your" and "you're"

Re: The journey of one man and his Mule(s)
After seeing the quality of the photos Daniel (Road Rebel) can create with a combination of a good DSLR and some skills, it wet my appetite to finally buy myself a good camera. Before I do I thought it best to borrow one from someone and have a go for myself. I think I have some way to go before I advance from full auto mode school
As I was already fettling in the engine bay it seemed like the perfect opportunity to have a go at this DSLR lark. The result is more practical than artistic
All I've really achieved is a realisation that I'm a camera biff and that I really need to paint the nuts on the Cusco brace. Some of the deeper engine bits too
A far cry from what can be achieved in the hands of an expert. I love this photo
Anywho, just thought I'd share.

I've finally managed to get a good photo of the HVAC controls. Mainly because I'm now in a position where I can start making these for other people
Re: The journey of one man and his Mule(s)
I always notice when someone is using a dslr, the pics just look so good with one
I bought a spare heater unit to have a go at this myself so expect some PM's when I mess it all up!

The camera's better than the operator by a long way I've given it back now so it's back to the old one until the new camera comes
Good luck with the heater. I'll happily help if you have any questions Time and patience are your friends when it comes to these things. I'm waiting for a huge load of supplies to come before I start knocking these things out in every colour combination know to man

Re: The journey of one man and his Mule(s)
3mm 12v LEDs for the buttons, in whatever flavour you prefer. Then I used a combination of LED clusters and flat head white LEDs for the backlights. Mine was a little OTT (99 LEDs in total) but you can get away with something simpler, depending on your desired effect.
Lighting the panel behind the indicator bar was fun. Attaching 13 LEDs to a strip and then wiring then all in individually.
The sky's the limit really with what you can achieve. I have designs on evolving mine and using some different ideas. I'm also going to put switches in the wiring for the backlights on the ones I do, in case people want a stealth mode
There's photos of the whole build in this thread, along with guides etc.
Prices vary depending on requirements and complexity. I'll put something firm together soon
